The workshop focuses on independent processing of the relevant content and requirements of VDA 6.3 using case studies.
During the theoretical part, the trainer briefly summarizes the topics:
• Audit preparation including risk analysis (turtle / knowledge database)
• Evaluation
• Presentation of results
In order for the participants to gain the maximum possible confidence during the development of the case studies, the trainer will explain separately:
Case study 1: Preparation for the audit and preparation of the schedule of the complete process audit P2 – P7 (audit during 2 days)
Case study 2: "Performing" a process audit within development (P2-P4)
Case study 3: "Performing" a process audit within the series (P5-P7)

The one-day training is intended for certified process auditors who need to retrain and cannot document the required number of process audits performed.
As the participants are already certified process auditors, the training will focus on the relevant content and requirements of VDA 6.3 using case studies.
